I tremendously liked this hotel, and it was excellently positioned for getting to k o y a s a n on a day trip. The breakfast was great, the best I have had this entire trip. The room and Hotel amenities we're excellent.

The receptionists are foreigner friendly, their english was quite good. I have no struggle comminicate with them (use translator for complex cases).

Location is convenient to start to pilgrimage to Koyasan Staff was helpful and speak great english Breakfast was available from early in the morning and was very good Nice public bath

Staff was extremely helpful and was smiling all the time. The breakfast was abundant - and had specialties every day. The public bath was nice also. They also had an option to NOT have daily cleaning of the room. So the environmental awareness / effort of the hotel is good.

We rented a wrong room type for two person and the staff was very understanding and helpful to change the room. The breakfast was delicious and the kitchen staff very nice. A lot of parking space.

The room was comfortable. There are restaurants around the hotel and some closes pretty late. The staff was really nice and spoke English very well. Breakfast was great as well. Pretty easy to go on a day trip to Koyasan too.

Modern hotel with all facilities. Excellent breakfast buffet (included in price). Good suggestions for nearby restaurants

Very kind staff at reception. Probably the most comfortable bed we had in Japan. There were a few restaurants around for dinner, which was nice.

Fantastic staff, made us feel welcome after coming in out of the rain, helped us with advice about where to eat, gave us a map … Room very best and tidy. Sento bath was great. All you need really
